Return & Refund Policy

Returns may be requested if:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging
  • A return request is submitted within Four Days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • The product has a valid manufacturing defect

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Sale/discounted items, unless defective
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or accidents

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us with your order number & issue details.
  2. Our team will review and issue return instructions.
  3. Return the item using a trackable courier.
  4. After inspection, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 20 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (for COD orders).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Only defective or incorrect products qualify for direct exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach photos/videos of the product and packaging

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
