Delivery Policy

At Azka’s Jewel Collection

we aim to deliver your jewelry safely, securely, and on time. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after reconfirmation of Order on WhatsApp or Phone by the customers.
  • You will receive an email and/or Wattsapp confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Within Pakistan: Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and usually take 7–14 business days. Customs clearance may cause additional delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Within Pakistan: A flat delivery fee of Rs.200/- applies to all orders. Orders above Rs.2500/- qualify for free delivery.
  • International Shipping: Charges depend on destination and order weight. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. Packaging & Security

  • All jewelry items are carefully packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.
  • For high-value items, additional protective packaging and insurance may be applied.

5. Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers can track their orders using the tracking number provided via email/Whatsapp.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

7. International Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or taxes applicable in their country.

8. Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance, public holidays) may affect delivery schedules.
